The Revenue Manager will be part of a community hospital that has been recognized for its comprehensive care programs: cancer care, diagnostic services, emergency & urgent care services, hospice/end of life care, women's health and surgical services.

The Revenue Manager will be directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with Financial and Revenue Cycle Analysts. You will also have the opportunity to work with tenured Contract Specialists and Account Managers in a supportive environment.

In this supportive department you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to build revenue and financial strategies in a highly effective department. The Revenue Manager will act as a subject matter expert for the financial team for all questions pertaining to rules, regulations and reimbursement rules.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for payer reimbursement related to commercial, government, and other third-party payer contracts, oversee and manage the filing of the annual Medicare care cost reports, monthly completion of the organization's contractual reserve models and staying current on all government regulatory changes and federal/state proposals to change reimbursement methodologies and payment systems. The Revenue Manager will oversee and manage the hospital's chargemaster and pricing strategy by recommending annual price adjustments to specific services in addition to managing all payor contracts.
