Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:

The VP, Account Director is a key agency leader and a highly visible client contact who is responsible for the overall development of strategy, client relationships, specific programs and financial performance on all assigned accounts.

You will assign the highest priority to client satisfaction and success by establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships that are strategic, inspire client loyalty and are based on shared goals. You will build client confidence and trust, strive to exceed expectations, ensure commitments are met and solicit input and ideas from clients.


What You Should Bring:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency with additional experience in CRM
  • Healthcare professional marketing experience
  • Medicare experience is a big plus
  • Proven client relationship development and management skills
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • High-level client presentation skills; experienced public speaker
  • Must be a natural leader who can collaboratively and effectively lead an agency team
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
  • Ability to grasp, explain and sell all agency capabilities and relate those capabilities to clients' needs
  • Knows the client's business, competition, customers and politics
